Begum Academy is the first online educational platform in Afghanistan that has prepared all curriculum lessons from grades 7 to 12 in video format and made them accessible to our students. Students can learn and assess their own abilities. Begum Academy awards free certificates to all students who successfully watch all lesson videos, complete all quizzes and pass the final exam.

The American University of Afghanistan (AUAF) has recently announced a new opportunity, the Transition to Success Program for Afghan school students. This program’s main goal is to ensure that the students are ready to enter the university after one year.
School-aged students who have attended 9th, 10th, or 11th grade and reside in Afghanistan can benefit from this opportunity.

University of the People is pleased to announce that we are offering 1,000 scholarships for women in Afghanistan to pursue a bachelor’s degree for free online. Through generous grants from our donors, we hope to increase educational participation of Afghan women that are being threatened by the Taliban’s takeover of their country.
Applicants do not need to complete a separate scholarship application for these funds. Students from Afghanistan can apply for the scholarships by submitting their application online and can contact their Admissions Advisor or the Office of Admissions directly (admissions@uopeople.edu) with a request for more information.

Guldasta Academy offers curated math, science, computing, English and additional curriculum where students have access both on and offline to practice exercises, animations, simulations, and quizzes. Upon completing courses students will access internationally accredited courses leading to universities worldwide.
